About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team at GSKL Property Holding Sdn Bhd as a Senior Accounts Executive. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial part in the company's financial operations and reporting.

What you’ll be doing
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
  • Reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Providing financial information and support to other departments as needed
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
What we’re looking for
  • A degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the property or real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work
