Job description

PICCOLO GROUP OF COMPANIES is a renowned food and beverage company with 25 years of experience in the service industry. We are committed to providing exceptional dining experiences and are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at our head office in Bukit Bintang.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Handle full set of accounts: Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
  • Oversee daily revenue collections, bank statement reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger.
  • Generate and submit SST and e-invoices, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the processing of supplier invoices and claims, ensuring timely payments.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks as required.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and filing systems.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are in compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Handle any other ad hoc assignments as required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
  • Familiarity with UBS or SQL Accounting System is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and a positive working attitude.
  • Experience in the F&B or service industry is a plus.
