Job summary

Job description

Review and ensure reconciliations are performed on a timely basis and differences are resolved promptly.

Ensure accounting and other records are maintained in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and statutory requirements.

Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure proper and easy identification of fixed assets.

Ensure proper cash management for maximum utilization of funds.

Assist in formulate the annual budget and perform monthly budget and actual analysis for superior.

Timely and accurate monthly and annual financial and management reporting in compliance with the governing accounting standards and group reporting requirements.

To liaise with bankers on Group bank facilities matters.

To furnish information and reply to the customs enquiry promptly.

Attending statutory audits, internal audits, and tax submission.

Assist in tax estimation and planning (quarterly and yearly).

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting.
  • Min 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel. Experience in operating Autocount accounting system is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, analytical, and decision-making skills.
