Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support and oversee a wide range of accounting and financial functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and provide guidance to junior team members in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all accounting and clerical functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of bookkeeping for all incoming and outgoing financial documents.
  • Monitor and verify accounting entries and system postings to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation, organization, and filing systems to support accounting and audit requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and assist in process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (such as auditors, vendors, banks, and clients) to resolve accounting and financial matters.
  • Perform any other accounting- or finance-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in the accounting field.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
