SENIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full set accounts for small/medium companies.
  • Handle all accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including the posting of sales/supplier invoices, processing of payments/receipts etc.
  • Execute the month‑end closing process, preparing detailed management reports, bank reconciliations and supporting schedules.
  • Manage all aspects of statutory reporting, including GST submissions, corporate tax filings, and coordination of the annual statutory audit to ensure full compliance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to finance department.
  • Undertake any other ad‑hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
  • Relevant working experience in managing a full set of accounts is essential.
  • A fast learner with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with ACCPAC accounting software would be a significant advantage.
  • A proactive and independent team player with a strong work ethic, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
