A leading company in accounting and administration in Ulu Tiram is seeking a meticulous Senior Accounts & Admin Executive/Assistant Manager to manage full spectrum accounting functions and streamline office administration and HR processes. We are looking for a meticulous, reliable, and experienced Senior Accounts cum Admin Executive / Assistant Accounts cum Admin Manager to join our team in Ulu Tiram. This role primarily focuses on managing full spectrum accounting functions, with additional responsibilities in office administration and HR support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing small teams, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting
Handle full sets of accounts including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare tax computations, file returns, and ensure all statutory payments are made promptly.
Maintain proper and accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, government bodies, and financial institutions.
Provide timely financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
Continuously review and enhance accounting processes and internal controls.
Administration
Handle company matters with government agencies (e.g., MBJB, JPJ) including license applications, renewals, and compliance submissions.
Liaise with non-trade suppliers (e.g., IT vendors, internet service providers)
Organize, maintain, and update administrative files and company records.
Human Resources
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in organizing employee training sessions and workshops.
Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
