Job summary

A local design and management firm in Kuching is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage complete accounts, prepare payroll, and produce financial reports. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Accounting, have at least 3 years of experience, and excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome for a junior role. The position requires strong planning skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as an Account Executive.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply for Junior Post.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and handle full set of accounts.
  • Execute monthly payroll accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records for daily payment transactions.
  • Prepare balance sheets and process invoices.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Verify staff claims and suppliers’ invoices.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
  • Create analysis reports.
  • Manage cash flow.
  • Conduct bank, FA, AP & AR reconciliations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
