We’re looking for an OTC Revenue Reconciliation Analyst who will be responsible for managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and revenue reconciliation processes. The role will focus on ensuring accuracy in revenue reporting, managing receivables, and handling discrepancies between external partner reports and internal records. A key part of this role involves communicating with 7‑Eleven to resolve any variances between their reports and bank statements. The position is based in Malaysia and will report to the Finance Manager.
You will be involved in:
Overseeing daily O2C operations and managing complex revenue reconciliations.
Handling communication with 7‑Eleven to investigate and resolve any discrepancies between their sales reports and bank statements.
Managing accounts receivable processes, including tracking, follow‑ups, and aging analysis.
Supporting month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, preparing reconciliation and variance reports.
Coordinating with finance, product, data, and sales operations teams to ensure accurate reporting.
Ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
Supporting audits, preparing audit schedules, and maintaining documentation for internal and external reviews.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to drive efficiency in reconciliation and reporting.
Take initiative to propose and automate process to increase efficiency for the function, recommendation through the use of system or AI technology
Participating in ad‑hoc finance assignments and projects as required.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in O2C, revenue reconciliation, or finance operations — preferably in a fast‑paced or e‑commerce environment.
Fluency in Mandarin (mandatory) and English to effectively liaise with partners such as 7‑Eleven.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (CA / CMA / CPA / ICWA / MBA or equivalent).
Strong understanding of revenue accounting, receivables management, and reconciliation processes.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP or reconciliation systems.
Knowledge of tax and invoicing regulations in Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
Self‑driven, adaptable, and a strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
