Job summary

You will prepare financial statements, manage cost accounting, and strengthen internal controls while collaborating with Operations, Production, and Finance to provide actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting experience, proficient in Oracle ERP and advanced Excel, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting knowledge and manufacturing workflows.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Review and finalize journal entries, balance sheets, and reconciliations.
• Consolidation packs month-end/year-end; monitor fixed assets and CAPEX.
• Analyze cost, variances, overhead absorption, and production yield.
• Ensure internal controls comply with policies and audits; liaise with auditors.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Finance; drive process improvements.
