Job description

Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take ownership of full-set accounting and financial management across Malaysia and Singapore? Join our growing MNC team and play a key role in driving business performance, compliance, and financial excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Fixed Assets for Malaysia and Singapore

Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and banks to ensure compliance and best practices

Act as a business partner to departments, providing financial insights and guidance

Prepare financial statements, tax returns, SST reporting, and perform variance analysis

Execute month-end closing and management account preparation in compliance with accounting standards

Drive process improvements, guidelines, and work instructions for finance and controlling

Serve as key user for ERP systems including M2G, Business Intelligence, and IT projects

Support business strategies, targets, and ad hoc projects

Supervise, coach, and mentor the Finance team members

Who We’re Looking For:

Degree in Finance & Accounting, qualified CA / MIA

Minimum 5 years’ experience in full-set accounting, controlling, financial analysis, and business planning, preferably in an MNC or international environment

Hands-on professional accounting experience

Strong knowledge of IFRS and MFRS

Experience in construction industry is a plus

Background in Big 4 audit or international exposure is welcomed

ERP knowledge, especially SAP FI/CO, is advantageous

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Proactive, self-reliant, and passionate about learning and driving success
