Senior Accountant — Global Data Infrastructure Finance

Job summary

A leading data infrastructure company is seeking an experienced accountant to manage financial accounts and ensure compliance with local accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA/ACCA certification, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, preferably from a Big 4 or MNC background. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiarity with group accounting policies and internal control procedures.
• Experience in US GAAP, IFRS and Sarbanes‑Oxley Act compliance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts closing at subsidiaries level.
• Ensure effective internal controls in financial reporting.
• Work with local subsidiaries/auditors/tax agents for compliance.
• Prepare tax return submission and corporate tax filing.
• Liaise with external auditors/consultants on audits and tax filings.
• Contribute to improving group accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform reconciliation on US GAAP and IFRS.
• Handle ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.
