Overview

IoTronix Technologies Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing greenfield company specializing in manufacturing printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) tailored for the Internet of Things (IoT) market. We cater to industries such as communications, automotive, and medical, delivering high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective PCBAs to enable reliable IoT products. We are expanding with a smart manufacturing facility in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the monthly/quarterly/annual budget preparation and analysis.
2. In charge of preparing and analysing management reports.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to improve workflow/process.
4. Collaborate with general accounting colleagues to manage year end audit work.
5. Responsible for LMW and tax incentive related work, including but not limited to license application/renew, custom tax etc.
6. Responsible for corporate compliance, such as liaise with corpse.
7. Complete all tax filling in accurate and timely manner.
8. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA) is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience (typically 5-10 years) of working experience in accounting.
• Familiar with overall accounting operations and knowledgeable about Malaysia tax policies.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP
