A home renovation company in Puchong, Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full accounting operations including general ledger and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and 4-6 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of SST filing and financial reporting is essential. Manage full set of accounts including general ledger, AP/AR, journal entries and monthly closings.
Monitor monthly cash flow and assist in preparing ad-hoc cash flow forecast.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, company secretary, banker and government authorities on related matters.
Ensure timely submission of SST returns, and maintain compliance with tax requirements.
Generate and submit e-invoice via LHDN MyInvois System and support system integration effort.
Support tax planning and compliance matters including withholding tax and cross invoicing.
Assist in improving internal controls and account procedures
Prepare financial reports - monthly, quarterly and annually.
Handle billing and collection
Maintain proper accounting and documentation in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements.
Degree in Accounting or Finance; or relevant study experience
4 - 6 years of accounting experiences
Hands‑on experience in SST filing and e‑Invoices
Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office
