Job Details
- Drive Global E Invoicing implementation efforts, including sourcing external service providers, managing interactions with external service providers, external auditors, and government authorities, and providing data analysis and insights that help stakeholders understand Intel's position to make appropriate financial/non-financial decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional representative to work on E invoicing implementations.
- Review and maintain Intel's E invoicing/financial records, maintain and analyse the ledger accounts, reporting and documents for E invoicing purposes.
- Develop, revise, and maintain finance policies, procedures, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted reporting standards.
- Define the E invoicing implementation roadmap, system testing and implementation for the future E invoicing processes and implementation.
- Validate the month-end accounts ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the reported results, ensure that schedules are prepared timely in a way that drives insights into the business results, proactively respond to management or auditor questions, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and support local corporate tax compliance, accounting, and reporting, ensuring local statutory accounts are filed on time to the appropriate authorities.
- Support business partners on accounting automation and ad hoc projects and act as key point of contact for accounting/finance related matters.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate standards and internal controls over financial reporting and operate cross functionally with other departments to ensure proper accounting for new or unique transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Professional degree in Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in accounting or accounting related roles.
- Prior experience and knowledge on E invoicing or external audit experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently to help business identify and solve issues.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects to drive process efficiency.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people across different levels of the organization.
- Fosters innovation and transformation by setting tone and culture in the group.
