Job summary

DuPont in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Account Manager to accelerate growth for Tyvek® Roll Goods C&IC across ASEAN. You will drive demand across graphics, active packaging, industrial packaging, design and consumer goods, and related applications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B sales and channel management experience in specialty materials or industrial markets, with strong relationship-building skills and willingness to travel up to 50% across ASEAN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, key account management, or channel management experience in specialty materials or industrial markets.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for C IC across ASEAN markets.
• Develop growth opportunities across graphics, tags and labels, active packaging, industrial packaging, electronics, agriculture, design and consumer.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, converters, printers, brand owners, end users, and partners to accelerate adoption.
• Manage and strengthen channel partners through clear business plans, pipeline reviews and follow-ups.
• Identify unmet needs and translate them into new applications with marketing, technical, product management, and supply chain teams.
• Lead customer presentations, product positioning discussions, sample follow-up, and value-selling activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to support strategy.
• Drive execution with forecasting, CRM updates, and cross-functional communication.
