Job Overview
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding UQPAY’s relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role involves close collaboration with financial institutions, corporate clients, and other partners, managing daily client relationships, coordinating project execution, resolving client issues, and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand UQPAY's relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed and efficiently handled.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and needs, providing customized product and service recommendations to foster long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, proactively identifying potential opportunities to drive business growth.
- Lead and participate in business negotiations with clients, driving contract signing and agreement execution.
- Address client issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring continuous improvement in customer experience.
- Regularly report client engagement progress and key performance indicators to management, providing suggestions for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry changes and new technologies, ensuring UQPAY’s products and services remain competitive.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in client management within the fintech or payments industry, with experience managing large accounts preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong, trust‑based relationships with various clients.
- Strong service orientation and problem‑solving skills, able to respond quickly to and resolve client needs.
- Good project management capabilities, able to coordinate resources across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and market trends, with strong industry insight.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate fluently with international clients.
- High sense of responsibility and teamwork, able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (high English proficiency is a must).
