Job summary

A leading energy company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Finance Executive to manage financial accounts, prepare statements, and assist in audits. Candidates should possess a relevant diploma, 3 years of experience in accounting, and proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. SQL knowledge and experience in construction accounting are advantages.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in finance/accounting.
• Required languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and office management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including reconciliation and reporting.
• Participate in yearly financial audits and tax submissions.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, depreciation, fixed assets, journal entries, account receivables & payables and other deliverable required for reporting purpose.
• Participate in yearly financial audit & tax submission queries for year-end finalization.
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records & accounts.
• Assist in data entry into the system.

Qualifications

• Possesses at least LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Must have a positive working attitude and able to work independently and as a team.
• Willing to self-learning and fast learner.
• Preferable/Add advantage for SQL knowledge.
• Preferable have experience & knowledge in construction accounting.
