Job description

1. Manage complex accounting tasks and guide team members in completing their work.

2. Oversees e-invoicing, SST compliance, and import/export customs procedures.

3. Improve internal controls and accounting procedures.

4. Ensure timely e-invoice and SST return submissions and compliance with tax & audit requirements.

5. Lead, mentor, and supervise account team members.

6. Review and enhance accounting processes to identify improvements.

7. Implement efficient procedures to streamline month-end closing.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficient in SQL accounting and payroll software.

2. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

3. Over 5 years of full-set accounting experience in Manufacturing industry, plus basic knowledge of the due date and procedures of tax & audit compliance matters.

4. Management skills, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

5. Proactive, highly motivated, and up-to-date with government policies; able to adjust workflow process accordingly.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective cross-department collaboration.
