Job description

Handle full sets of accounts and finance duties.

Support month end and year end closing activities, including arranging and preparing monthly management reports, analyse information detailing revenue, cost and expenses.

Reviewing all invoices and payment instructions for appropriate documents.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.

Able to organize and follow-up independently.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.

Manage and process e-invoicing and SST submission in compliance with government regulations and deadlines.

Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and all related governmental agencies.

Any ad-hoc task assignment as required by the management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Familiar with AUTOCOUNT software will be advantage.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advance/ Higher Graduation in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 3 – 5 years of working experience.

Preferably executive specialized in finance and preferred LCCI Certificate.

Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.

High motivated, self-disciplines and responsible.

Priority will be given to those able to start immediately.

Only Full-time position available.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm

Public Holiday: follow Selangor Calendar.
