Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Account Executive. Responsibilities include handling Full Set accounts, preparing monthly accounting reports, and managing annual audits. Ideal candidates should possess at least a diploma in accounting and have experience with AUTOCOUNT. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, and Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma/Degree of accounting.
• Must have experience in AUTOCOUNT.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing/construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle Full Set accounts and Yearly Auditing.
• Preparation of monthly Accounting report such as Cash Flows, AR/AP Report, etc.
• Preparation of account for annual audit and taxation.

Job Responsibilities

• Able to handle Full Set accounts and Yearly Auditing
• Preparation of monthly Accounting report such as Cash Flows, AR/AP Report, etc.
• Preparation of account for annual audit and taxation.
• Monitoring and updating of Progress claim and collection.
• Monitoring, checking and verifying of invoice posting.
• Performs all administrative accounting related matters for all departments (e.g., claims & accounts checking).
• Project accounts filing control.

Requirements

• At least Diploma/Degree of accounting.
• Must have experience in AUTOCOUNT.
• Basic knowledge of construction account is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing/construction industry.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office, Full Set of Account & Auditing.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Speaking Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Only for Malaysian applicant able to work at Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Semenyih, Selangor.
