Job summary

A financial services company based in Puchong is seeking an experienced senior account executive to oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting. Job description

1. Oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and tax compliance

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

3. Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

4. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes

5. Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance reviews

6. Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations


What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior account executive or similar role, preferably in the Accounting and Financial Accounting & Reporting industry

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data

4. Proficient in the use of accounting software SQL and MS Office suite

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Experience in handling HR-related tasks, including employee relations and compliance

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
