Responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day processing of financial transactions to maintain an accurate SQL accounting system.
- Prepare and issue official receipts, sales invoices, payment vouchers, etc.
- Post accounts receivable (A/R) data to profit/loss reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other relevant documentation.
- Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and make necessary corrections to corporate billing records.
- Reconcile bank statement with general ledger entries.
- Prepare all accounting schedules and generate monthly financial statements.
- Maintain a filing system for all financial documents.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all financial records for the company and its customers.
- Assist in other duties as needed and directed.
Job Requirements
- Possessing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- 3‑5 years working experience in a similar role.
- Strong multi‑tasking, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
