We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage full sets of accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage daily account operations and transaction processing
- Plan, organize, and execute work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and operational documentation
- Handle invoicing, transactions, and basic accounting processes with high accuracy
- Ensure strong numerical accuracy when handling financial and transactional data
- Support SST and e-Invoice related processes
- Liaise with external parties (e.g. authorities, banks, vendors, auditors, service providers) on applications, follow-ups, and clarifications of operational and compliance matters
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Guide and support junior team members when necessary
- Use Auto Count accounting system; system will be upgraded to ERP in the future
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently with strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong numerical sense with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of reports, transactions, and basic accounting processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in communicating with external parties and making enquiries
- Knowledge of SST and e-Invoice is an advantage (Candidates who are not familiar may attend company-sponsored training)
- Experience using Auto Count or other accounting software; ERP exposure is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 5,500 (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (onsite)
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work from Home)
