Ambient Italia Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Executive / Manager to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services to our small business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and timely communication.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Cash Flow reports.
• Assist with audit and tax preparation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor daily transactions, perform accurate data entry, and handle general bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (retail background is a plus).
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
