Job description

Handle Full Set of Accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing activities.

Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.

Oversee fixed assets records, depreciation, inventory costing, and manufacturing-related financial data.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal financial policies.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

Review and improve accounting workflows, internal controls, and process efficiencies.

Support management with financial insights for decision-making and business planning.

Lead and mentor junior accounting staff (if any).

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.

Proven experience in handling full set of accounts independently.

Proficiency in SQL Accounting System is required.

Manufacturing industry background is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and production costing will be an added advantage.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
