We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management in maintaining sound financial control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger functions to ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Verify supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment schedules for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor outstanding debtors and follow up on collections to minimize overdue balances.
  • Ensure proper recording and classification of accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Perform monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
  • Prepare management reports, financial statements, and supporting schedules in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle E-Invoicing, SST submissions, withholding tax, and corporate tax compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare bank-related applications and handle bank facility transactions such as LC, Term Loan, Term Deposit, and Bank Guarantee.
  • Supervise and guide subordinates to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy in reporting.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years focused on month-end closing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
