Role Purpose:

This role is to lead and manage complex Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations within the Finance Shared Services team, ensuring high standards of process accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The Senior Account Executive – PTP will drive process improvements, support system enhancements, and mentor junior team members, contributing to the continuous optimization of our PTP functions and overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Invoice Processing Oversight

Review and verify invoices processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

Resolve complex invoice issues, including PO mismatches, tax discrepancies, and payment blocks.

Review vendor payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and approval matrices.

Coordinate with Treasury for payment runs and monitor payment statuses.

Intercompany and Vendor Account Management

Manage intercompany recharge transactions and reconciliations.

Review creditor Statement of Accounts (SOA) and perform vendor reconciliations, ensuring issues are promptly resolved.

Oversee maintenance and accuracy of vendor master data.

Ensure vendor information complies with internal control and audit requirements.

Process Improvement and Compliance

Identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency improvement.

Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the key contact for procurement, local finance, and business stakeholders on PTP-related matters.

Provide timely support and guidance to internal teams on process-related issues.

Team Support and Knowledge Sharing

Guide and support Account Executives in resolving operational issues.

Assist in training new team members and ensuring consistent process knowledge within the team.

Month-End Closing and Reporting

Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, unrealised forex, WHT, SST, and analysis of AP aging.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or PTP operations.

Strong understanding of invoice processing, intercompany recharges, vendor reconciliation, and month-end closing.

Hands‑on experience in ERP systems (e.g., Esker, Microsoft Dynamics GP).

Experience in Shared Service Center or multinational environment is an added advantage.

Exposure to process improvement or automation projects will be an added advantage.
