Overview
Maintain a complete set of accounts for HQ and all outlets, including franchise consolidation.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and management reports.
- Perform month‑end closing, account reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports to management.
Cash & Sales Management
- Monitor outlet cash deposits, POS sales records, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Review daily sales reports, petty cash usage, and staff expense claims.
- Conduct outlet expense audits to ensure compliance with SOPs.
Franchise Fees
- Track and manage franchise fees, royalty billing, and collections.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process supplier payments, utilities, rental, and contractor invoices.
- Manage accounts payable aging, credit terms, and payment schedules.
- Issue customer invoices and credit notes, and follow up on receivables collections.
Payroll & HR Finance Support
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the HR team.
- Review and verify staff claims and reimbursements.
Inventory & Costing
- Coordinate monthly stock counts with operations teams.
- Review inventory movements, wastage, and stock adjustments.
- Support cost control initiatives, gross profit monitoring, and COGS analysis.
Tax, Audit & Compliance
- Prepare and submit SST filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in annual audit and taxation matters.
- Maintain proper financial documentation, filing systems, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (F&B or retail industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of full set accounting and SST regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and highly accountable.
- Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑growing environment.
