Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts, including timely closing of monthly accounts
- Responsible to ensure the General Ledger and journal adjustments are executed in order
- To perform daily accounting operations: prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, purchase orders, statement of accounts, bank reconciliation, vendor registration and etc
- Reconcile with all companies including inter-company balances
- To liaise with other departments on finance and accounts related matters
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting transactions in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants and company secretary on audit, taxation and secretary matters
- Prepare tax computation for tax estimate & current tax provision
- Any other related accounting functions
- To undertake any assignments as required by superior and management
