  • Maintenance of the General Ledger in completeness, timely and accurate manner for monthly closing of accounts by every 7th of each month (posting of all relevant journals, bank reconciliation, GL Control account, accuracy of expenses capturing).
  • Co-ordinate with AP, AR, Treasury, and POS Coordinator on entries in relation to GL posting.
  • Prepare monthly management account (include the branch accounting) with variance analysis and Balance Sheet’s schedule, in completeness, accurate and timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate Sales, inter-companies’ sales for the group of companies.
  • Liaise with Auditor and Tax Agent.
  • Monthly bank and inter-companies’ reconciliation.
  • Any other task as assigned by Superior.
