Job description

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to oversee the company’s full spectrum of accounting activities within our F&B operations. You will be responsible for managing daily finance tasks, ensuring accurate reporting, monitoring cash flow, and supporting management in financial planning. The role includes supervising junior accounting staff and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, daily sales reconciliation, and outlet cash handling procedures.
  • Oversee monthly stock count process and verify inventory reports.
  • Review supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
  • Manage payroll data preparation and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls for F&B operations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Supervise and guide junior accounts staff.
  • Assist management in ad‑hoc financial tasks when required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of full sets of accounts and accounting standards.
  • Proficient in Autocount accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
  • High integrity and strong sense of responsibility.

5 day work week.

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm.
