Job description

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to support the Group’s trading entities in financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance matters. The role will assist in monitoring financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining internal controls. This role will work closely with teams across different regions, to support daily operations, financial analysis, and compliance with Group policies.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the monthly closing of management accounts for regional trading entities, including variance analysis.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure timely submissions.
  • Work with external tax consultants and internal finance teams to assist in transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls and accounting processes across trading entities.
  • Support SAP ERP utilization to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports for statutory compliance, including tax filings, VAT submissions, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Support corporate governance initiatives and compliance with Group policies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification is an advantage).
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with SAP S4Hana is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work across regions and teams.
  • Fluency in English is required, while additional language skills are considered an advantage.
