About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at NexusLED Green Technology Sdn Bhd. This full‑time position is based in Batu Pahat, Johor, and will play a crucial role in supporting our financial accounting and reporting functions.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis to support business decision‑making.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather financial data and information.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide support in managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.
• Assist with tax planning, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices and procedures.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets and other relevant financial tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• A diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, and a professional accounting qualification is highly desirable.
