Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and up to 1 year of manufacturing internship/projects.
• Data-driven decision making and problem-solving.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement decision-support tools, methodologies and standards for processes and sequences.
• Establish manufacturing requirements, assess technologies and develop production plans.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvements and drive efficiency.
• Inspect machinery and tools, verify performance and initiate corrective actions.
• Analyze factory metrics and drive roadmap improvements.
• Develop and troubleshoot factory reporting systems with automation teams.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and automation to align goals.
• Assist Manufacturing Operations Managers in achieving targets and resolving issues.
• Create and distribute manufacturing documentation for design, configuration and build needs.
• Define and drive automation systems and station controller capabilities aligned with roadmaps.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management
