Job summary

Kenji Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an Engineering Intern for its Semiconductor Technical Support team in Puchong, Selangor. You will assist with product evaluations, technical trials and semiconductor engineering projects, supporting engineers during testing, troubleshooting and customer-site visits.

You will gain hands-on exposure to semiconductor materials, equipment and applications while coordinating with engineers, customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Semiconductor, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics or related engineering.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Own transport is preferred due to occasional customer-site activities.
• Practical exposure to semiconductor materials, equipment and applications.
• Hands-on engineering and troubleshooting experience.
• Guidance from experienced technical personnel.
• Possibility of permanent employment, subject to performance and available vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product evaluations, technical trials and semiconductor engineering projects.
• Support engineers during testing, troubleshooting and customer-site visits.
• Collect and analyse technical data and prepare reports and presentations.
• Assist with engineering, quality and ISO documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers on project requirements.
