Felix Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Security Lead to guide the Security team and oversee daily operations. You will monitor incidents, drive investigations, containment, and remediation, and coordinate with IT and DevOps to resolve issues.

You will oversee SIEM and EDR, improve detection rules, and manage vulnerability programs. The role requires 6+ years in cybersecurity, 2+ years in a senior/lead capacity, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cybersecurity/security operations.
• 2+ years in a senior or team-lead role.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, network security, and incident response.
• Experience investigating security incidents and performing root-cause analysis.
• Good understanding of cloud security, Linux/Windows, networking, and security architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound security decisions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH or equivalent advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Security team and daily security operations.

• Lead security incident investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident reviews.
• Oversee SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, security monitoring, and other security tools.
• Develop and improve security monitoring, detection rules, and incident response processes.
• Conduct regular security reviews and identify potential security risks.
• Work closely with IT, DevOps, Development, and Infrastructure teams to resolve security issues.
• Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation activities.
• Provide security reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to management.
• Mentor and develop security team members.
• Support security audits, compliance requirements, and customer security assessments.
• Participate in security projects and initiatives as required.

Good understanding of cloud security, Linux/Windows, networking, and security architecture.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and make sound security decisions.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH, or equivalent are advantageous.
