This full-time role is based in Cameron Highlands, Pahang and will involve overseeing the security operations for our prestigious resort. The Security Supervisor will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and leading a team of security personnel to deliver high-quality security services
• Developing and implementing security plans and protocols to protect the resort's assets, guests and staff
• Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats
• Investigating and resolving any security incidents or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Liaising with local authorities and emergency services as required
• Ensuring all security personnel are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to security operations
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on security matters
