Responsible for driving global standardization and lifecycle management of security systems across all AE sites. The role ensures consistent design, deployment, performance and documentation for CCTV, Access Control and Control Room solutions while supporting new site launches, expansions and long term technology planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global rollout and standardization of Avigilon CCTV, Access Control and related security platforms
- Maintain system architecture, device roadmap and master documentation for all AE sites
- Review project scopes, Bill of Materials, layouts and vendor deliverables before execution
- Coordinate commissioning, acceptance testing and system handover with site security teams
- Monitor ongoing system performance, reliability, uptime and response capability
- Track asset inventory, licensing, warranty and lifecycle upgrade requirements
- Work closely with IT and vendors to ensure system scalability, network resilience and cybersecurity considerations
- Support new site launches, facility expansions and equipment relocation projects from a security system standpoint
- Maintain vendor performance tracking and escalation mechanism to ensure accountability
- Review and approve change requests from sites to ensure design integrity and system standard alignment
- Support budgeting and multi-year CAPEX planning for security technology lifecycle
- Develop and maintain SOPs for security operations, control room activities and remote monitoring
- Provide training, system guidance and troubleshooting support to site security teams when required
Reporting Structure
Reports to Global Security Director. Works closely with Global IT, Site Security Managers and vendors or system integrators.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Security Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Control Room) in a multinational environment
- Experience in system deployment, commissioning, vendor management and lifecycle planning
- Good technical knowledge of networking, storage and cybersecurity considerations for security systems
- Ability to read and review project scopes, bill of materials and technical drawings
- Strong coordination skills to work with IT, Facilities and vendors during system upgrades and site expansions
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
- Technical depth with practical implementation mindset
- Strong troubleshooting and risk-anticipation skills
- Able to balance security requirements with business needs and timelines
