A retail company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Security Leader to manage security operations and ensure safety at Maxvalu Sphere Bangsar South. The ideal candidate should possess at least PMR/SPM qualifications, communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be physically fit for security duties. Responsibilities include reporting to management, implementing security protocols, planning training, and managing incidents. Report to the Store Manager / Deputy Store Manager & Shopping Centre Manager in every aspect, responsibility, and duty.
Plan and implement all aspects in every situation that includes Security such as fire, fights, thefts, sabotage, damage, or loss of company property. All complaints regarding weaknesses and negligence promoters.
Plan and conduct recruitment training and ensure the strengths of each employee are perfect.
Plan and implement daily / weekly / monthly training for employees.
Investigate and make recommendations against theft, loss or any cases involving police.
Propose/inform the Store & Shopping Centre Management on security issues
Determine the implementation of the Tash Schedule for subordinates in an orderly manner.
Arrange for support staff from the Store Administration Division when required.
