Job description

To manage and develop profitable relationships with customers within the portfolio by managing customers’ trade growth, revenues, and utilization. To provide trade consultancy services to address customers’ needs and expectations, protect the Bank’s interests, and increase the Bank’s market share of the core business.

Job Requirements
  • Ensure efficient, effective and high‑quality delivery of trade products to all internal and external customers by constant engagement and providing advisory.
  • Manage and monitor customer trade utilizations and business relationships of Transaction Banking customers and identify customer needs and sales opportunities by developing suitable proposals on product, services and structure.
  • Maintain excellent relationships and provide strong support with customers through scheduled visits and calls, address customer requirements, and propose solutions to the Relationship Manager.
  • Protect the bank’s interests by exercising due care and diligence in discharging duties, strictly adhering to internal procedures and audit requirements.
  • Conduct training on trade products, e‑trade, financial supply chain (FSC), and other trade solutions for internal and external customers.
  • Provide trade sales activity reports, such as pipeline reports, e‑trade, FSC, etc., on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Support the bank’s regulatory compliance with Foreign Exchange Administration Rules, AML/CFT notices, transaction monitoring, suspicious transaction reporting, and staff training.
  • Support business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery planning (DRP) activities to ensure uninterrupted services to customers in the event of a disaster.
  • Support product development, system enhancement, process improvement, and control.
  • Participate in projects and any other tasks or assignments as requested by superiors.
