Job description

Responsibilities

• Train and perform quality inspection on incoming, in process and outgoing materials.
• Oversee and manage quality system of Amcor to be in compliance with ISO 13485.
• Train and participate in performing measurement systems calibration.
• Train and participate in operators & inspectors’ certification and re-certification activities.
• Guide quality clerk, QA Inspectors & QA Leader to perform and troubleshoot day to day quality related issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and participate in handling customer complaints and supplier management, specifically in response to customers, dealing with supplier and verification of effectiveness of corrective/preventive measures. Assist in troubleshooting activities such as in process troubleshooting and complaint resolution.
• Manage daily quality assurance and quality control activities to support production process. Scope includes but not limited to equipment, environment, method, human resources and material.
• Train and participate in improvement of quality system, control and assurance initiatives.
• Participate in product, process and equipment validations
• Train and participate in business improvement projects.
• Maintain and improve document control system.
• Train and manage quality system and process conformance audits.
• Prepare detailed reports of non-conformance detected, customer complaints, supplier performance and other relevant information that could assist operations to be more effective and efficient.
• Monthly report compilation and submission before 3rd work day of the month.
• Participate in CTO project and budgeting process.
• Any additional roles assigned by superiors.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Work and Excel, PowerPoint etc
