Job description

To lead and supervise the subordinate day‑to‑day accounting, treasury, banking and other related activities.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve day‑to‑day or weekly payments.
• Responsible for monthly management reports, cashflow, budgeting, capital expenditure control and accounting matters.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis on management report.
• Prepare quarterly tax computation, both group level and statutory level and submission of withholding tax.
• Prepare, monitor, control and keep costing analysis up to date in order to keep operating in the most efficient manner.
• Treasury matters with particular focus on cashflow management.
• Monitoring of funding requirements and providing an accurate forecast.
• Liaise with internal auditors to ensure that all finance and accounting matters are in accordance with company procedures and policies.
• Manage directors and members resolution, minutes of meeting and other secretarial documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 years or above of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team‑management skills.
