Section Head, Enterprise Trade Marketing
Day-To-Day Activities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and lead the national Trade Marketing strategy to drive Enterprise channel performance across mobile, FWA, fixed fibre & solution services
- Translate commercial objectives into clear channel programs, sales boosters, GTM plans and retail execution frameworks
- Lead annual trade planning, including budget allocation, promotional calendars and quarterly channel priorities
2. Channel Development & Performance
- Strengthen overall channel health across all sales channels
- Drive channel segmentation, coverage expansion and activation to improve productivity and market penetration
- Work closely with Sales Head (SME, Mid-Market & Corporate) to design trade programs that improve sales conversion and brand presence
3. Trade Promotions & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute and evaluate trade promotions, incentives, contests and rewards to motivate frontline and business partners.
- Ensure all promotions deliver measurable ROI, incremental sales and strong partner engagement.
- Lead omnichannel trade communications and ensure timely rollout of product updates, campaigns and trade news.
4. POSM Merchandising Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end retail merchandising strategy - POSMs, fixtures, in-store display, flyers and brand compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to improve retail visibility and customer experience.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Branding & Product, Sales, Network, and Finance to ensure alignment on GTM and channel execution
- Represent trade insights in cross-department discussions to influence product design, pricing and launch strategy
- Lead a high-performing Trade Marketing team with clear KPIs and capability development plans
6. Data, Insights & Reporting
- Use market data, competitor intelligence and channel insights to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
- Provide management with timely reports on program performance, ROI analysis, channel trends and nationwide events execution
7. Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage Trade Marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective deployment with strong business impact
- Oversee external agencies, vendors and merchandisers to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
