We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager. The role involves managing schedules and meetings, preparing reports and minutes, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting internal and external events, and handling customer enquiries.
Job Scope
- Plan and manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and phone call screening; prepare reports and take minutes.
- Provide full secretarial, administrative and confidential support to the General Manager and management.
- Assist the General Manager in research and follow-up on assigned projects with accuracy.
- Arrange travel, visas, accommodation, transportation, and expense claims for senior management.
- Work closely with Marketing Department, assist in presentation and preparation of internal & external events.
- Attend to customers’ orders and enquiries when required.
- Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Secretarial, Professional Secretarial Certificate or related experiences.
- Good in planning, attention to details, initiative, trustworthy, self-discipline & independent with strictest of confidentiality in carrying out daily duties and projects.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Secretarial or HR field.
- Good written and oral communication skills; ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage.
- Able to travel as and when required.
