POSITION: Secretary Office Administration

SCOPE OF WORK:
  • Data collection, Power BI development, reporting and communication related to Production Management (PM) for Company Downstream.
  • Data collection, PowerBI development, reporting and communication related to Process Equipment & Technology Performance Management for Company Downstream.
  • Maintain & develop enhancement for APC SAGEMODE for Advanced Process Control (APC) for Company Downstream.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in production governance, business excellence or a related role (Oil & Gas sector preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of production, inventory, distribution, and quality management processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
