Job Descriptions:
  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the MD.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, letters, memos, reports, and other documents for MD.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for MD.
  • Responsible for company confidential files and organization records, implementing and maintaining proper filing system.
  • Acting on behalf of MD only when permission and instruction is given by MD.
  • Assist MD in compilation analysis for share price and sales report.
  • Coordination for exhibition, meeting, samples & catalogue.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Proficient in English is essential.
  • Bonus added if able to translate Mandarin to English for minutes.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Words.
    Computer literate.
