A dynamic accounting firm is seeking a qualified individual to assist in secretarial duties and ensure compliance with relevant laws. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree, have at least some experience in corporate secretarial practice, and be familiar with legal requirements. A strong command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. This role involves preparing documents and maintaining records in a supportive environment.
To assist in all aspects of secretarial duties and functions and to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements
To assist in the preparation of various secretarial documents and lodgement of statutory documents.
To maintain and update the statutory books and records.
To assist to organize and prepare relevant documents for Board Directors Meeting and committee meeting.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor Degree in Corporate Administration/Business Studies/Administration/ Management, or equivalent.
Fresh graduate / preferably 1-2 years working experience in corporate secretarial practice
Familiar with provisions of the Companies Act 2016, CCM and other relevant regulatory acts, laws and guidelines.
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office, MyColD, MBRS system for online submissions to CCM
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact with people at all levels. Able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and able to demonstrate high degree of commitment with initiative, willingness to accept challenges and able to work under pressure.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English (proficiency in Chinese will be considered as added value)
