We are currently looking for teachers who are able to teach Mathematics, Physics, Geography and/or Global Perspectives at the Cambridge IGCSE level.

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the academic achievement and personal development of our students.

Key responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics & Physics, Geography & Global Perspectives according to the school curriculum and academic requirements.

Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective lessons that develop students’ knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations, including Cambridge IGCSE examinations.

Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, revision worksheets, assignments, and assessment activities.

Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and provide appropriate support and guidance.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and academic performance.

Provide academic guidance and support students’ social, emotional, and personal development.

Participate in school meetings, co-curricular activities, student programmes, and other academic initiatives.

Support examination processes, including preparing examination papers, marking, invigilation, and reporting when required.

Assist in school events, marketing activities, open days, and other activities assigned by Management.

Contribute positively to the overall development and success of the school.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject, or a relevant degree with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education/Teaching.

Minimum 3 years of working experience, including at least 2 years of teaching experience in a school environment.

Applicants must be qualified and capable of teaching the subject(s) applied for.

Familiarity with the Cambridge International curriculum, particularly Cambridge IGCSE, will be an advantage.

Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
