Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Trend Identification: Monitor and analyze search trends (both inside Lazada and external platforms like Tiktok, Google and etc) to identify emerging patterns and opportunities that can enhance our platform’s search capabilities and create trends on our platform
  • Search Asset Management: The on the ground work to assist in setting up, managing and optimizing search mobile and web application exposure assets to ensure that the assets are up and running with the best possible content and trend
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance of search assets and exposure modules, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness and planning
  • Planning: Support the planning and implementation of search assets and strategies to enhance the visibility and discoverability of products and sellers on our platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, key account managers, marketing, product development, and IT, to align search asset management with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on search asset performance, trends, and improvement recommendations on a weekly basis
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in search optimization and asset management, applying this knowledge to improve our processes.
Job Requirements
  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, business management or related fields.
  • 2. 1-2 year of working experience (search analysis & traffic allocation or ecommerce is a plus)
  • 3. Strong understanding of search engine technologies and algorithms, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • 4. Proficient in SQL is a plus.
  • 5. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • 6. Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.
