Work you’ll do

• Reviewing questionnaires submitted by business lines or internal services via the firm’s online system
• Performing document completeness review (quality control)
• Performing relevant checks, such as background check and independence/conflict checks, and obtaining relevant approvals
• Supporting business lines, internal services, and SEA RRG in resolving matters that arises during business relationship acceptance and continuance process
• Maintaining third party’s information for SEA RRG reporting purposes
• Providing ad-hoc support to SEA RRG and other team members as and when required from time to time

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in the risk/business management field or experienced assistants having 1-2 years the appropriate background and experience
• Ability to conduct research and analyse results
• Working with initiative within agreed processes, managing workload effectively, meeting deadlines
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work within our team and across our business
• A high level of IT user ability, including database entry and use. Time will be allowed for adaptation to in-house risk management tools
